what it was like to be a Colorado miner over 100 years ago! The only
authentic mine tour in Summit County. Tours are approximately 45 minutes
long and every hour on the hour. Wear a hard hat, hear the drills
and venture 1,000 feet underground. |

Examine original mining equipment, old photos and fun exhibits to
revisit the past. You can climb on a steam shovel, visit the gift
shop and experience the thrill of sliding down a 55 foot ore chute.

site. Each summer we have a new baby burro. The burros love attention
